Rose Water:
 if you want to  rose water at home  than you need some rose petals, rose water gives us freshness and energy and we prepare very quickly and easily in our home.

    step to prepare rose water...…..................... 

  • firstly you take a rose syrup one table spoon
  • add into one glass of water
  • add 2spoon sauger
  • some ice cube

 Milk drink: Milk drink is very healthy for every one. We prepare milk drink with various way we add rose syrup, and almond powder etc.

  • firstly you take one glass of milk
  • add one spoon rose syrup or almond powder
  • add 2spoon sauger

Following are the steps to prepare it:- 

First take a glass of cold water 
Take half a lemon juice in a spoon and mix it in water 
Now add some cumin powder and black salt to it and add two spoon sugar 
Add some ice cube

Watermelon juice:- is very beneficial for summer, it controls body temperature and it us gives energy. watermelon juice protects the body from dehydration in summer. 
Following are the steps to prepare:-

  • Firstly  take watermelon and separate its seeds
  •  take out its juice in a glass don't add sugar in watermelon juice because it do indeed sweet ,
  • add some  black salt as per taste 
  • add 5, 6 drops of lemon juice 
  • your Watermelon juice is ready, to serve 

Mango Juice:- Mango juice is very popular drink in India. it is a healthy and tasty in summer, mango is available with different verity.

Take one mango 
Now take that  mango pulp
put it in the grinder and add two spoons of sugar.
Put the pulp in a glass.  
Add almonds and cashews to it as desired!
If you want to add any essence, you can do it like rose essence, vanilla essence.
Add some ice cube
Your juice is ready to serve 


Strawberry Juice:- Strawberry juice is very beneficial as it is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.This juice is refreshing and energizing in summer and gives a different taste.

  • Take some strawberry
  • Grid these strawberry
  • Sive the pulp
  • Add sugar as per choise
  •  Add some ice cube
  • Take a 4-5 lemon drop

Step to make banana shake..................  

  • Take 2-3 banana
  • Add half glass of milk
  • Grind banana milk or shuger
  • Add almond and cashew nut
  • Put into glass and garnish it
