ingredients

  1. 2/cup flour
  2. 1/Maida
  3. 1/3-cup suji (semolina)
  4. 2 spoon kachori spice/optional
  5. 1-teaspoon salt
  6. carrom seed
  7. 1-tespoon soda
Recipe For Soft Puri:-


  1. Firstly take a large bowl and mix all ingredient with 1-teaspoon soda powder or make a dough for puri.
  2. cover the dough with plastic,plate and let the dough rest for 10/20 minutes. 
  3. Make small round puri out of this dough.
  4. Heat the oil by placing the pan on the stove, when the oil becomes hot, put the poori in it and stir fry it.
  5. keep this puri in paper.
Now your hot soft,fluffy, crispy puri ready to serve.
