Sure, here is a simple recipe for making bread cutlets:


Ingredients:


- 4 slices of bread

- 2 boiled potatoes, mashed

- 1/2 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, corn, etc.)

- 1/2 tsp ginger paste

- 1/2 tsp garlic paste

- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

- Salt to taste

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2-3 tbsp oil for shallow frying



Instructions:

1. Remove the crusts from the bread slices and soak them in water for 1-2 minutes.

2. Squeeze out the excess water from the bread and crumble it into a bowl.

3. Add the mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.

4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.

5. Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs, making sure they are coated evenly.

6. Heat oil in a shallow frying pan over medium heat.

7. Add the cutlets to the pan and fry them until golden brown on both sides.

8. Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

9. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.






Note: You can also use leftover mashed potatoes and vegetables for this recipe. You can also add other seasonings and spices according to your taste.
