Bread Malai Pizza is a simple and easy-to-make snack that is made using bread slices, malai (fresh cream), and cheese. Here's the recipe:





Here's a recipe for making Bread Malai Pizza:


Ingredients:

- 6 slices of bread

- 1/2 cup Malai (fresh cream)

- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup chopped onions

- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1/2 tsp cumin powder

- 1/2 tsp coriander powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tbsp oil


Instructions:


1. Take a mixing bowl and add Malai, grated mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

3. Take bread slices and apply the Malai mixture on top of each slice, making sure to spread it evenly.

4. Place the bread slices on a baking tray and drizzle a little oil on top.

5. Bake the bread slices in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.

6. Remove the bread Malai pizza from the oven and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top.

7. Serve the hot and crispy bread Malai pizza slices as an appetizer or snack.
