The result is a crunchy and flavorful snack that is perfect to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients:

1 cup suji (semolina)
2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-frying

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add suji, grated potatoes, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture and make a thick batter. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep-frying pan over medium-high heat.
Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Remove the pakodas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
